What is an exam pass?
One payment that covers one exam level from today until 7 days after your exam date (up to 12 months). It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
What if I don't pass?
After your exam date, open Billing and extend the pass once, free, to your next exam date for the same level.
Can I get a refund?
The first payment of a monthly plan is refundable within 7 days, straight from Billing. An exam pass is not refundable once access starts, but it comes with the free retake extension. See the refund policy at jeph.ai/refund-policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans, yes, from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. An exam pass simply ends on its date.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You only add one if you decide to stay after the 7 days.
Which exams are covered?
Monthly plans cover CFA Level I–III and FRM Part I–II; you choose your exam when you sign up and can change it later. An exam pass covers the one level you pick at checkout.
