2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation
To use JephAi, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Account Security
Maintaining secure passwords and login credentials

All activity under your account is your responsibility
Age Requirement
Must be 18+ or have parental consent
Account Restrictions
- • One account per person
- • No sharing of login credentials
- • No creation of multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
- • Immediate notification required for any security breaches
3. Payment Terms and Billing
Subscription Plans
Billing Cycle
- • Monthly billing on subscription date
- • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- • Prorated billing for plan changes
- • All payments processed securely via Stripe
Payment Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period.
Refund Policy
No refunds for partial months. Full refund within 7 days for new subscriptions.
Failed Payments
Account suspended after 3 failed payment attempts.
Price Changes
30-day notice for any price increases.

Exam Success Disclaimer
While JephAi is designed to help you prepare for CFA and FRM examinations, we cannot guarantee that you will pass these exams. Exam success depends on many factors including your dedication, study habits, and prior knowledge. Our platform is a study aid, not a guarantee of success.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JephAi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
